Nancy Rosman will be substituting for him as principal. She has lived in Forest Lake for 17 years and has been an educator in South Dakota and the Forest Lake School District. She is licensed as a superintendent, K-12 principal, director of special education, & elementary education. She loves to teach. Her belief is kids rise to the occasion, so we must hold our standards high. All people are to be treated with respect and supported in their efforts to learn—staff and students. When not working, Mrs. Rossman enjoys spending her days off with family, and the outdoors canoeing & musky fishing. She has even braved skydiving. Please welcome her the next time you are in the building!
Fall conferences went fantastic at Linwood. We had a 97% attendance rate which is a wonderful turn out! Not only did the parents get to hear about their child(ren)'s progress thus far in school, but they got to see many displays of student work & art work.
The Book Fair was a grand success! Thank you to the PTA for doing such a great job in organizing and running the fair. All proceeds benefit the school directly.
