The 1st Ronald McDonald Care Mobile arrived at Linwood Elementary School on November 16, 2009. The Care Mobile is 40 feet long and 8 feet wide. It weighs 26,000 pounds. The Care Mobile is equipped with a state of the art dental lab and dental staff who carry valid MN dental licensure. They will provide both preventative and restorative care to those seen during scheduled clinics. Dental services include; cleanings, sealants, X-rays, crowns, root canals and extractions.
The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile is owned and operated by the Ronald McDonald House Charities. It is one of the Upper Midwest 37 state-of-the-art mobile dental care labs. The primary focus of the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile is to provide dental care to underserved children in our Linwood school population.
